St. Paul’s L’ Amoreaux Centre was established in 1976 by the St. Paul’s L’ Amoreaux Anglican Church. Our housing community comprises of both social housing as well as Life Lease for seniors only.
St. Paul’s L’ Amoreaux Centre (the Centre) building was constructed in 1977 and has 297 one-bedroom and bachelor rental units. St. Paul’s L’Amoreaux Centre shares a campus with St. Paul’s Terrace Seniors Residence and St. Paul’s L’ Amoreaux Anglican Church. The St. Paul’s Terrace Seniors Residence (Terrace) was built in 2000 and has a total of 91 one as well as two-bedroom accessible apartment units. The St. Paul’s L’ Amoreaux Centre Building also provides accommodation to Senior Persons’ Living Connected.
Governance
Our Board of Directors provide governance to St. Paul’s L’ Amoreaux Centre and St. Paul’s Terrace Seniors’ Residence.
Property Management Services
Senior Persons’ Living Connected provides property management services for the Centre and Terrace real estate.
Senior Persons Living Connected also contributes to the quality of life and healthy aging of older adults with a basket of healthcare support services. Senior Persons’ Living Connected is dedicated to supporting seniors impacted by the social determinants of health with access to proper care and health literacy. We are an active partner in Scarborough Ontario Health Team. We strive to deliver the best care services to marginalized individuals such as newcomers, displaced/under-housed and racialized communities.

Our Housing Community
Our St. Paul’s campus shares a rich housing community for approximately 400 seniors who can live independently or with the necessary supports to age well.
The Centre provides Rent Geared-To-Income units as well as Market Rent. We support the National Housing Strategy in reducing displacedness with other community partners by providing housing and some supports in order to stabilize persons who have been displaced as well as persons who have mental health and addictions challenges.
