Our housing community comprises of both social housing as well as Life Lease for seniors only.<\/p><p>St. Paul’s L’ Amoreaux Centre (the Centre) building was constructed in 1977 and has 297 one-bedroom and bachelor rental units. St. Paul’s L’Amoreaux Centre shares a campus with St. Paul’s Terrace Seniors Residence and St. Paul’s L’ Amoreaux Anglican Church. The St. Paul’s Terrace Seniors Residence (Terrace) was built in 2000 and has a total of 91 one as well as two-bedroom accessible apartment units. The St. Paul’s L’ Amoreaux Centre Building also provides accommodation to Senior Persons’ Living Connected.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #273990;\"><strong>Governance<\/strong><\/span> <br \/>Our Board of Directors provide governance to St. Paul’s L’ Amoreaux Centre and St. Paul’s Terrace Seniors’ Residence.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #273990;\"><strong>Property Management Services<\/strong><\/span> <br \/>Senior Persons’ Living Connected provides property management services for the Centre and Terrace real estate.<\/p><p>Senior Persons Living Connected also contributes to the quality of life and healthy aging of older adults with a basket of healthcare support services. Senior Persons’ Living Connected is dedicated to supporting seniors impacted by the social determinants of health with access to proper care and health literacy. We are an active partner in Scarborough Ontario Health Team.
